All Things Organic™ 2008: Organic 101: Overview of the North American Marketplace

Organic 101: Overview of the North American Marketplace

Always an All Things Organic™ favorite, this general session will begin with a brief discussion of the North American marketplace at large to put the organic industry in context. Content will include current research on organic market growth, trends, consumer demand, and more in Canada, the United States, and Mexico. Non-food products will also be discussed. If you’re visiting the trade show from overseas or are new to the organic industry – or even if you’re not – this is one session you won’t want to miss.
