Organic on the Green: Conversations with college-age organic consumers

In this consumer panel, the Organic Trade Association, the Organic Agriculture and Products Education Institute, and Kiwi Magazine will share the highlights of two new reports focused on the college-aged organic consumer. Gather information on organic on the nation’s colleges and universities through a presentation of Kiwi’s annual Green College Report, and discover how students across the country are successfully undertaking an organic revolution on campus with the Organic Institute’s “Taste the Change: How to Go Organic on Campus” guide. Then participate in a lively question and answer session with students and foodservice professionals who are engaged in going organic and can offer valuable insights into what this new generation of organic consumers wants from their product purchases.
